Previous Tech Support experience is desirable Knowledge with various computer peripherals and applications Must be focused on meeting the company needs and Proactive.
Experience in, Linux, desktops, laptops, network and/or database support of both internal and external customers is desirable.
Desirable knowledge in installation and configuration of PCs, hardware, software, etc.
